A member belongs to your organisation: they can create boards, work across its collections and keep coming back. Each permanent member costs €9 a month, or €90 when paid for a year. Annual billing is two months cheaper, without disguising it as a monthly price.

There is no Personal, Pro or Business tier. A paid member gets the whole hosted product.

Guests do not become seats

Somebody opening a sharing link is a guest, whether they look, comment or temporarily draw. Guests are free. Inviting one never creates a charge and a guest never silently becomes a paid member. Adding a permanent member shows the recurring cost and requires explicit approval.

Trial and free canvas

The hosted product has a 14-day trial and does not ask for a card. There is no permanent hosted free tier at launch. The standalone canvas remains free, needs no account and keeps the board in your browser.

Currency, VAT and discounts

Prices are in euros and include VAT where it applies. VAT-registered business customers can provide their VAT number and are handled according to the applicable rules. There are no separate education, agency or nonprofit prices at launch.

We email the account holder, organisation owner or billing contact before anything about pricing changes.

Your term stays yours

Whatever terms you sign up on hold until the end of that term. A change only applies to the next one.
