A member belongs to your organisation: they can create boards, work across its collections and keep coming back. Each permanent member costs €9 a month, or €90 when paid for a year. Annual billing is two months cheaper, without disguising it as a monthly price.

There is no Personal, Pro or Business tier. A paid member gets the whole hosted product.

## Guests do not become seats

Somebody opening a sharing link is a guest, whether they look, comment or temporarily draw. Guests are free. Inviting one never creates a charge and a guest never silently becomes a paid member. Adding a permanent member shows the recurring cost and requires explicit approval.

## Trial and free canvas

The hosted product has a 14-day trial and does not ask for a card. There is no permanent hosted free tier at launch. The [standalone canvas](https://kromdraw.com/draw) remains free, needs no account and keeps the board in your browser.

## Currency, VAT and discounts

Prices are in euros and include VAT where it applies. VAT-registered business customers can provide their VAT number and are handled according to the applicable rules. There are no separate education, agency or nonprofit prices at launch.
